arete Australia is excited to announce the successful completion of the Cancer Imaging Department at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, located at the Eye and Ear Hospital on the Park.
In collaboration with Gray Puksand, Johnstaff Projects, and LCI Consultants, arete has delivered this state-of-the-art medical imaging facility, which spans an impressive 1,800 square meters. The facility includes advanced equipment such as two MRI machines, CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds, mammography, a medication room, and administrative areas, all designed with a focus on enhancing patient comfort and care.
Throughout the project, our team worked closely with shielding consultants and Siemens to navigate various site constraints, ensuring a seamless delivery. Photos of the imaging machines being hoisted into the building highlight the complexity involved in this project.
