arete Australia partnered with Project Managers Beca to undertake an ambitious modernization project at 15 Williams Street, Melbourne.
Our team was tasked with elevating the building to maintain its prestigious Grade A rating through comprehensive base building upgrades. The project encompassed a complete overhaul of the existing tenancy fitout, aligning the space with the high standards set by the landlord, Deka.
A key aspect of the renovation involved removing inter-tenancy stairs and reinstating the entire slab between Levels 15 and 16, showcasing arete's expertise in structural modifications. This transformation not only revitalised the building's infrastructure but also enhanced its appeal in Melbourne's competitive commercial real estate market.
The project reached Practical Completion at the end of 2017.
