arete Australia was chosen by the Box Hill Institute of TAFE as preferred contractor to complete the three storey refurbishment of building LA at their Lilydale Lakeside Campus.
arete provided a cross over between each of Building LA’s three wings, each with three floors, for improved accessibility.
The refurbishment included a new cafe with commercial kitchen, a childcare centre, hair and beauty teaching spaces, general learning spaces, teacher areas, conference and meeting rooms and three libraries across the three floors.
arete successfully delivered the new world class facility for the Box Hill Institute on time and to budget.
