arete Australia was engaged by Monash University to complete the refurbishment of Building E at their Peninsula Campus.
The project included the complete upgrade of the Nursing faculties p-program rooms, creating a simulated hospital environment.
The project was completed in four stages to all for the space to still be functional and classes to continue with minimal disruption.
Works consisted of demolition within each stage, removing old simulation labs, offices and storage rooms to create a new layout which allows for more hospital beds.
Each room has new services, including medical gases and nurse call, new vinyl flooring, joinery, fitting and fixtures, beds, curtains, and painting.
