arete Australia has commenced works on the upgrade and refurbishment of the Narre Warren Police Station, delivering a contemporary and community-focused facility that enhances service delivery for both Victoria Police and the wider public.
The project is being delivered in two key stages, carefully planned to ensure continuous police operations throughout construction. Stage one involves the setup of a temporary facility to accommodate staff, allowing police to remain fully operational during the refurbishment works. This stage is on track for completion by March next year.
Stage two will see a comprehensive transformation of the existing two-storey station. The internal layout will be modernised to improve functionality and operational flow, while essential services including electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems will be upgraded. Safer and more efficient prisoner processing areas, refurbished cells and improved public-facing facilities will also be delivered. Externally, the building will receive enhancements to improve both its visual appeal and structural integrity.
This upgrade reflects arete’s ongoing commitment to delivering high quality, purpose built infrastructure that supports essential community services.
