arete Australia was appointed as the head contractor to construct a new administration office and convert existing offices at the RACV Cape Schanck Resort into a new wine bar, providing further features to the RACV Resort that was originally constructed by Kane. The project was located at 1 Trent Jones Drive, Cape Schanck and spread across the basement B1 and level 2 floors. Works also comprised a two-week takeover of the RACV resort day spa on level 1, a timeframe that was agreed upon to minimize the impacts of construction works on resort operations.

During the construction period, arete successfully completed the project with minimal disruption to the resort's operations. this was accomplished by adhering to the agreed-upon two-week takeover of the RACV resort day spa on level 1. The new wine bar was constructed, providing guests with an additional feature to the RACV Resort, further enhancing the overall experience of visitors. The new administration office was also successfully built, and existing offices were converted into the wine bar, creating a seamless transition between the two areas.
